Your use of this Website is governed by these Terms and Conditions set out below. By using any part of this Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products to the buyer hereafter referred to as "You".
Price
All prices are quoted in British Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time) unless otherwise stated.
All postage and packing charges are included in the price of the items.
Payment
We accept credit card payment (We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc) via the secure PayPal system.
Payment by cheque is also accepted (made payable to Caroline Morris), please allow 3 days for the cheques to clear. All payments will be processed and cleared before work begins on personalised items or dispatch of goods.
You will be notified if your payment is not accepted or cannot be processed as soon as possible.
Items Made or Finished By Hand
All of our items are painted to order and although every endeavour will be take to match colours and design as closely as possible there may be slight variations from the painting shown.
All items of this type are made to order to your specification and are therefore classed as 'personalised' by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. As such it is not possible to return products of this type unless damaged or faulty.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details.
Delivery
Products are made to order so please allow 14-21 days for delivery. However, we do endeavour to deal with all orders sooner.
All goods are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. All deliveries require a signature. Please give an address at which the parcel can be signed for.
Coney Corner cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by their distributors or any other third party.
If the goods arrive and the customer believes the package has been either tampered with or there are obvious signs of damage, it is the Customers responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.
Returns Procedure
We hope that you will be delighted your purchases from Coney Corner. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item please refer to our returns policy below.
Due to the nature of personalised goods, we are unable to offer refunds on these items as they have no resale value. Where the personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or if the goods are faulty, we will of course offer a full refund or offer to replace the item at no further cost
To make a return please package the item securely, stating your reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Please return to the address below:

We recommend that you use the recorded delivery service to provide you with proof of delivery. Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse return delivery costs. Where the item is lost in transit we will pursue the matter with Royal Mail and may require your assistance with this.
Cancellations
For personalised paintings you have the right to amend or cancel your order within 48 hours after the acknowledgment of order has been sent. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost of the product should cancellation occur after 48 hours.
